The Ground Rules

Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Tickify. Plain language, no surprises.

Effective February 12, 2026

Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using Tickify in any capacity, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between you and Tickify.

If you are using Tickify on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. In that case, “you” refers to both you personally and the organization you represent.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the platform.

Who Can Use Tickify

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Tickify. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Tickify is designed for businesses and teams. If you are signing up for a workspace, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that business.

What Tickify Provides

Tickify is an AI-powered customer support platform. Each workspace gets access to:

  • An AI chat assistant that answers customer questions using your knowledge base and website content
  • A ticket management system for issues that need human attention, with routing, assignment, and status tracking
  • A knowledge base editor for publishing help articles your AI and customers can reference
  • Conversation history and CSAT analytics across your support channels
  • Team management with role-based permissions (owner, admin, supervisor, agent, viewer)

We continuously develop and improve the platform. Features may be added, modified, or retired over time. We will provide reasonable notice before removing any feature that materially affects your workflow.

Your Account

When you create a Tickify account, you agree to the following:

Accurate Information

Provide truthful, current information during registration and keep it updated. We rely on this information to deliver the service and communicate with you.

Credential Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Everything that happens under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

One Person, One Account

Each individual should have their own account. Sharing credentials between multiple people violates these terms and compromises workspace security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these terms.

Plans & Payment

Free & Paid Plans

Tickify offers a free tier with core features and paid plans with expanded capabilities. Feature availability, usage limits, and pricing are listed on our pricing page and may change with reasonable advance notice.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, depending on the plan you select. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in a specific promotion.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Taxes

Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes. Any sales tax, VAT, or similar charges are your responsibility and will appear as separate line items on your invoice.

Your Workspace Data

You own everything your team creates in Tickify. Tickets, conversations, knowledge articles, and configurations belong to your workspace.

By using the platform, you grant Tickify a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your workspace data solely for the purpose of operating and delivering the service. This license exists only while you use Tickify and terminates when you delete your workspace or account.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload — including knowledge base articles and AI training materials — does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights or violate any applicable law.

We do not claim ownership over your data. We do not access it for purposes beyond service delivery, unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

AI-Generated Responses

Tickify's AI assistant generates responses based on your knowledge base content and workspace configuration. Here is what you should know:

Accuracy

AI responses are generated programmatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing AI output quality and maintaining accurate knowledge base content.

Your Responsibility

The responses your AI assistant provides to customers reflect your workspace content. You are responsible for ensuring they are appropriate, accurate, and compliant with applicable regulations in your industry.

No Model Training

We do not use your conversations, knowledge base articles, or any workspace data to train or fine-tune AI models. Your data powers your assistant and nothing else.

Acceptable Use

Tickify is built for legitimate customer support operations. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Upload content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or promotes violence or discrimination
  • Attempt to access other workspaces, accounts, or data that does not belong to you
  • Interfere with platform infrastructure, attempt to overload servers, or exploit vulnerabilities
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the platform
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform without written authorization
  • Send unsolicited messages, spam, or phishing content through Tickify's communication features
  • Impersonate another person, business, or entity
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform without a written agreement

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, at our sole discretion.

Our Intellectual Property

The Tickify platform — including its design, source code, features, branding, documentation, and all related materials — is owned by Tickify and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a license to use the platform, not ownership of any part of it.

The Tickify name, logo, and associated trademarks are our property. You may not use them without prior written permission, except to identify Tickify as a service you use.

Feedback

If you send us suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the platform. You are never obligated to provide feedback, and we are never obligated to implement it.

Third-Party Services

Tickify integrates with external services for hosting, AI processing, email delivery, and other functionality. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We select providers carefully and hold them to strict data processing standards, but we are not responsible for their actions, outages, or policy changes. When you connect a third-party integration to your workspace (such as Slack or email), your use of that integration is also governed by the third party's terms.

Availability & Support

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control.

When planned maintenance is needed, we provide advance notice through the platform and via email. Emergency maintenance to address security issues or critical bugs may occur without prior notice.

Support response times and channels depend on your subscription plan. Details are available on your workspace settings page and our pricing page.

Limitation of Liability

This section limits our legal liability. Please read it carefully.

Tickify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. This includes AI-generated responses, which are produced programmatically and may contain errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tickify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes lost revenue, data loss, business interruption, or damages resulting from AI responses provided to your customers.

Our total liability for any claim related to these terms or your use of Tickify is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

Termination

By You

You can cancel your subscription and delete your workspace at any time from your settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time unless required by law.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay, or if we are required to do so by law. For non-urgent violations, we will attempt to notify you and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue before taking action.

After Termination

When your account is terminated, you lose access to your workspace data. We retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for recovery in case of accidental cancellation. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted. You can request an export of your data before or during this grace period.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement arises between you and Tickify, we prefer to resolve it without involving courts. Here is how:

Talk to Us First

Before filing any formal claim, contact us at legal@tickify.com.br. We commit to responding within 10 business days and working in good faith to resolve the issue within 60 days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.

Individual Claims Only

Any legal proceedings must be brought on an individual basis. You agree not to participate in class actions or collective arbitration against Tickify.

General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Tickify. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
  • Severability. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision at a given time does not waive our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You cannot transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemic, power outages, or internet disruptions.
  • Updates to These Terms. We may revise these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
