How Tickify collects, uses, and protects the information you trust us with.
Effective February 12, 2026
When you use Tickify, we collect data that falls into three categories:
Your name, email address, and authentication credentials when you create an account. If you sign up through a third-party provider, we receive the profile information you authorize.
Everything your team creates inside Tickify — support tickets, customer conversations, knowledge base articles, team configurations, and AI chat interactions. This data belongs to your workspace.
Browser type, operating system, IP address, pages visited, and feature usage patterns. We collect this to improve platform performance and diagnose issues.
We use the information we collect to:
Tickify is built on a multi-tenant architecture with strict data boundaries between workspaces.
Every workspace operates in complete isolation. Your tickets, conversations, knowledge articles, and customer data are separated from every other workspace at the database level using Row-Level Security (RLS) policies.
No other workspace — and no other Tickify customer — can access, view, or query your data. This isolation is enforced at the infrastructure level, not just the application level. Even our internal tools respect these boundaries.
Tickify's AI assistant uses your knowledge base articles and website content to answer customer questions. Here is exactly how that works:
When you publish a knowledge base article, we index its content so the AI can retrieve relevant passages when customers ask questions. This index is scoped to your workspace only.
Customer chat messages are processed in real time to generate AI responses. Conversations are stored in your workspace for review and quality assurance by your team.
We do not use your workspace data, customer conversations, or knowledge base content to train AI models. Your data is used solely to power your workspace's AI assistant.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. Here is who does have access:
We use Supabase for database hosting and Vercel for application delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
Customer chat messages are sent to our AI provider to generate responses. These providers do not retain your data beyond the immediate request and do not use it for training.
We disclose data when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the safety and rights of our users and the public.
You own your data. Regardless of where you are located, you have the following rights:
We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD requirements. If you are an EU, UK, California, or Brazil resident, additional region-specific rights apply. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
We take security seriously at every layer of the stack:
We update this policy when our practices change. For material changes — anything that affects how we collect, use, or share your data — we notify you via email and display a notice within the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Minor updates like clarifications or formatting changes take effect immediately upon posting. The “Effective date” at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
Questions about this policy, your data, or how to exercise your rights? Reach out — we respond within two business days.
